World of the Unseen: Belief in the Last Day

After our departure from this world, we will enter another. A world that is unseen, yet it is a fundamental part of our belief. How can you begin to imagine this world? How can you begin to imagine the akhirah? In this course you will learn about how Allah and then our Prophet ﷺ describe the sequence of events beginning from the signs of the Hour, the Day of Judgement and all that occurs up until we enter upon our final destination: the terrible torments of Jahannam or the everlasting pleasures of Jannah.

“And who believe in what has been sent down to you ﷺ and in [the Books] what was sent down before you and they believe with certainty in the Hereafter.” (2:4)

  3. The Major & Minor signs and how to deal with them
  4. The causes and signs of a good and bad death and resurrection
  5. The beliefs regarding life after death, the grave, and reward/ punishment in the grave
  6. The descriptions of the gathering of people after the Resurrection
  7. Understanding details of intercession on that day
  8. Identify details of the Judgement
  9. Identify the opinions of the scholars about Jannah, Jahannam and seeing Allah
  10. How to deal with matters of the Unseen in the correct manner
